Let's cover a few of the basics when working with us!
Our normal rental period begins at 7 days and includes one removal service. We don't have a time limit on how long you can rent the dumpster, but after one week, the price rises by $15 per day. If you need the dumpster longer and have a credit card on file, you are welcome to keep it for an additional $15/day. If you would like to swap for a fresh dumpster, a new rental period will begin when that one is placed.
For volume customers, our rental periods are 30 days. Please reach out to confirm additonal details.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. We are also able to accept checks from business accounts. Please reach out if you have any questions about these options!
When metal meets a concrete surface, light scratching can occur. If you have any concerns or need to discuss placement locations, please reach out - we have solutions available!
We can place a dumpster on your lawn, however we can't be held responsible for damage to sprinkler systems, ruts in the yard, or any additional damage to your lawn. The customer assumes all responsibility for their property.

Yes, we have clean fill cans dedicated to non-trash items such as concrete. Sometimes these are available at a lower cost as well! Please call for service options to ensure you receive the right type of dumpster.
No problem! Who doesn't have more stuff than they realized? We have a couple of different options - we can swap your old dumpster with a fresh can or if the job is a little bigger than you expected, we also have a junk removal team that can help you finish and clean up the job in no time at all! Please note that if you choose to swap with a new dumpster, it will start a new rental fee period.
Since we know that projects sometimes take a little longer than expected, we offer an $15/day rental extension.
Please call us to extend your rental period and ensure that the unit is available for the days you need. You can choose to pay for the additional days in advance or be billed at the end of your rental period. If you don't already have a pickup date scheduled, when you are done with the dumpster, give us a call and we will come pick it up within 48 hours of you reaching out.
We pride ourselves on a simple, straightforward process. There are no hidden fees in your contract. As long as the dumpster is under the weight limit and we are able to pick it up at the scheduled time, you won't receive any additional fees. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
We deliver to the entire Northwest Arkansas area and don't charge any additional mileage fees. We're here to serve all of the NWA community!
